As mentioned before, you are now approached with a few questions concerning your tenancy and corresponding membership, in order to see if there are any issues that need to be discussed during the ALV concerning the renewal of your contract.

1. As your contract is due to expire on December 31st 2017, EHBK would like to know you if you are interested in a new 5 year contract.

2. About money:

2.a  According to your own assessment, would you say that you always pay your rent in full and in time? If not, please elaborate on your late payments over the past 5 years.

2.b  If you did not have a CAWA-check, we need to ask you to present an overview of your book keeping: total income versus total spendings, in relation to the activities run in your space, over the past 5  years.

3 About your involvement in the OT301 community and the building: 

3.a What kind of activities do you do to live up to your minimum of 40 hours per year participation commitment; explain how you participate and give an estimation of the hours you spent participating over the last 5 years.

3.b   Were you present at least half of the ALV meetings during the last 5 years? If not, please explain.

4. About sub-letting:

4.a   Did you sub-let you studio in the past 5 years? If yes, please make a list of your subtenants and their main occupation in your studio. Also indicate how long each sub-tenant stayed and in which period(s).

4.b.  Do you introduce your subtenants to the other members by email or in any other way? If not, why not?

We are going to map the results and check them with the involved committees to see if there are reasons to discuss specific proposals for membership renewal based on our own rules and intentions. The results will be discussed during the coming boardmeetings and then shared with all the members during the coming ALV’s.

Het probleem is dat ik geen contract ga tekenen met de overtoom. Ik behandel jullie geld maar ik ga niet garant staan door mijn handtekening waar dan ook op te zetten. Verder mogen jullie als DJ’s zelf de antwoorden invullen op hun vragen. Tenslotte lopen de DJ’s achter met betalen. Het lijkt mij duidelijk dat PtP of een benefiet gaat doen om de financiele gaten te dekken dan wel dat er een nieuwe vorm voor PtP wordt gezocht (bv. DJ’s thuis programma’s laten maken en de studio afstoten ivm. de kosten) Waarom dit, er zijn te weinig betalende programma’s om alle verplichtingen te voldoen. Want buiten de OT en de peper dien ik ook nog voor het einde van het jaar over 200 euro te beschikken voor de server en DDS. Dit is dan buiten de 450 euro voor de OT voor de laatste vier maanden van het jaar.

Graag wil ik een serieuze reactie van alle betrokkenen bij Patapoe, want ik kan niet steeds aan de gang blijven met de OT, de peper, DDs en michealtje aan het lijntje te houden, door middel van te late betalingen
